Dual Force-Cancelling Woofers for Pure Bass
Two precisely tuned woofers face each other inside the Sub (Gen 4), creating an equal and opposite cancellation of vibration. The result is bass you feel as much as hear — powerful, clean, and utterly free of distortion, all the way down to 25 Hz.
Sealed Cabinet for Precision
The Sub's sealed cylindrical cabinet controls every air movement within it, preventing the muddiness of ported designs. Two Class-D digital amplifiers power each woofer independently for maximum depth and control.
Instantly Pairs with Your Sonos System
Connect the Sub (Gen 4) wirelessly to any Sonos soundbar (Arc Ultra, Arc, Beam) or speaker (Era 300, Five) and the Sonos app configures the crossover automatically. No cables between the subwoofer and your main speaker.
WiFi 6 and Ethernet
Sub (Gen 4) uses WiFi 6 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) for a fast, reliable wireless connection. An Ethernet port is also available for wired installation. Place it anywhere in the room — vertically or horizontally — without worrying about cable runs.
Works with Any Sonos Source
The Sub deepens every source in the Sonos ecosystem: TV audio from Arc Ultra, music from Era 300, radio from Five. Trueplay continuously optimises the crossover point and sub level based on your room.
