1. About Us

Sony Mony Electronics Ltd. is an authorised dealer for major electronics brands in India, operating three showrooms in Mumbai (Andheri West, Borivali, and Vile Parle) and an online store at sonymony.co.in. All products sold through our website are brand-new with full manufacturer warranty.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the purchase.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone number, email) is accurate and complete.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Products & Pricing

Product information: We make every effort to display accurate product specifications, images, and descriptions. However, manufacturer specifications are subject to change, and Sony Mony Electronics is not liable for any discrepancy between the listed specifications and the product delivered where the discrepancy originates from the manufacturer.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Online vs. showroom prices: Prices offered on the website are specific to online purchases and may differ from in-store prices. Online prices are not valid in our showrooms and vice versa.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, due to product unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspected fraud.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. For order cancellations and our replacement policy, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Payment

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees. We do not accept foreign currency.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and no-cost EMI via major bank partners.
  • You must only use a payment method that is lawfully owned by you.
  • Sony Mony Electronics is not liable for payment declines, transaction failures, or charges imposed by your bank. Please contact your bank directly for such issues.
  • We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against individuals who use fraudulent payment methods or conduct fraudulent transactions on our website.

6. Delivery

We use reliable courier and logistics partners for delivery. While we endeavour to deliver within the committed timeline, Sony Mony Electronics is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, logistics partner disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

Please inspect your product at the time of delivery. If there are visible issues with the packaging or product, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
