Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sony Mony Electronics, we offer home delivery within Mumbai and Thane, as well as free in-store pickup at all three of our Mumbai locations. We currently deliver only within Mumbai and Thane districts.

Note: We currently do not deliver outside Mumbai and Thane. Customers outside these areas are welcome to visit any of our stores or arrange their own logistics.

Free In-Store Pickup

Collect your order at no charge from any of our three Sony Mony stores in Mumbai:

  • Andheri West — Shreeji Apartment, JP Road, Sahayog Society, Munshi Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai 400058. Mon–Sun 10 AM – 9 PM.
  • Borivali West — Laxmi Palace, Swami Vivekanand Road, Beside Moksh Plaza Mall, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092. Mon–Sun 10 AM – 9 PM.
  • Vile Parle West — S V Road, Indira Nagar, Opp Birla Sun Life Insurance, Vile Parle West, Mumbai 400056. Mon–Sun 10 AM – 9 PM.

In-store pickup orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours of order confirmation during store hours.

Large Appliance & TV Delivery

  • Includes professional installation (where applicable) at no additional cost within Mumbai and Thane
  • Our team will call to schedule a convenient delivery and installation slot
  • Delivery slots available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. For large appliance deliveries, our logistics team will contact you directly to confirm your delivery window.
