We will get the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost and dispatch the replacement item to you subject to availability or refund back the entire amount.

You can ask for the replacement of delivered products within 2 days from the date delivery subject to following terms and conditions:

Replacement of products in case of any short shipment or defect found in the product and the same products will be shipped to you as a replacement subject to availability.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Guarantee, viz

Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

All items purchased from Sonymony.co.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier
