A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Sonymony.co.in.

However, as an exception, there could be a possibility of you receiving a damaged or defective product due to circumstances not in control of sonymony.co.in. If an item ordered by you on sonymony.co.in is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at info@sonymony.co.in.in for a replacement within 24hrs. We will get the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost and dispatch the replacement item to you subject to availability or refund back the entire amount.

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on www.sonymony.co.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.

www.sonymony.co.in will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to prove otherwise \’ shall be exclusively on you.

As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. Thereafter no replacement/refund shall be entertained.

You can ask for the replacement of delivered products within 2 days from the date delivery subject to following terms and conditions:

Replacement of products in case of any short shipment or defect found in the product and the same products will be shipped to you as a replacement subject to availability.

Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by sonymony.co.in ONLY.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Guarantee, viz

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

All items purchased from Sonymony.co.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier
